Size :  H 40cm / W 30cm

Harvest : Mid-November.

Propagation : By planting tubers.

Culinary use : Tuber with a sweet taste often used to replace potatoes. Roasted, sautéed, boiled, or eaten raw after sun exposure. Leaves are also edible.
